Dubai Customs Launches AI Platform To Boost Innovation And Support SMEs

The Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) has unveiled its interactive Dubai Customs AI Platform. This new platform is designed to help developers create AI-driven systems and programmes, enhancing the customs experience. It also offers a collaborative space for small and medium-sized enterprises, fostering their growth.

Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of the PCFC, emphasised Dubai Customs' dedication to integrating innovative technology strategies, especially in AI.
