Dubai Chambers Strengthens Investment Ties With 18 Chinese Partners To Boost Trade And Investment
Dubai Chambers has engaged with 18 Chinese organisations in Shenzhen and Guangzhou to deepen cooperation in trade and investment. The roadshow presented Dubai as a global business hub and a launchpad for companies from China’s Greater Bay Area targeting wider international markets.
The mission also prepared the ground for the Dubai Business Forum – China, which is scheduled in Shenzhen on 14th May 2026. The forum will connect Chinese companies with opportunities arising from the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) across various priority sectors.

During meetings with government bodies, chambers and trade associations, Dubai Chambers explained how its services support Chinese investors establishing operations in the emirate. The discussions also covered assistance for Dubai-based firms seeking to enter or expand within Chinese markets through structured programmes and partnerships.
Participants reviewed potential collaboration across strategic areas, including technology, the digital economy, logistics and advanced services. Dubai Chambers outlined how Dubai’s business-friendly regulations, infrastructure and connectivity can help Chinese enterprises scale operations, while contributing to bilateral trade growth between Dubai and multiple regions in China.
The Dubai Business Forum – China will be the fifth international edition of the event and the second hosted in the People’s Republic of China. Shenzhen was chosen because of its strong role in technology and the digital economy, aligning with the forum’s focus on innovation-driven sectors.
Explaining the wider ambition behind these initiatives, Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, said: "We are focused on building on Dubai’s strong economic ties and long-standing partnerships with key trading partners, particularly China, and taking our collaboration to the next level," said Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers. "Dubai Chambers remains committed to bringing the business communities in Dubai and China closer together and fostering high-impact partnerships between companies and investors in both markets." The organisation expects the upcoming forum and recent roadshow to strengthen links between both business communities and create new channels for sustainable investment.
