Dubai Airports Engages Employees During Learning At Work Week 2025 With Interactive Workshops

Dubai Airports is celebrating Learning at Work Week 2025 with various interactive activities. These include workshops and discussions under the theme "Connect to Our Future." This initiative highlights Dubai Airports' dedication to ongoing learning, innovation, and empowering its workforce to shape aviation's future.

The event, scheduled from 12 to 16 May, aligns with the Global Learning at Work Week. It gathers industry experts, guest speakers, and employees to discuss insights and explore the travel industry's evolving landscape. With over 35 experts and thought leaders, 20 sessions, and participation from 1,000 employees, this year's Learning Week is Dubai Airports' largest yet.

Dubai Airports Celebrates Learning at Work Week 2025

A significant highlight of the week is a fireside chat featuring Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports, and Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai Corporation for Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DCTCM). They will discuss the evolving guest experience and collaboration's role in positioning Dubai as a leading global hub. Additionally, futurist Thomas Koulopoulos will share insights on future community trends.

Meshari Al Bannai, Chief People Officer of Dubai Airports, stated that their people are central to their operations. He said: "Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and Learning at Work Week reflects our commitment to nurturing a culture of growth, curiosity, and continuous development. The programme offers immersive learning experiences led by experts. It highlights forward-thinking development perspectives from organisations like Cranfield University, Emirates, Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET), Gallup, among others. The programme is structured around three pillars: Inspire, Grow, and Share.

Al Bannai further added: "This year’s Learning Week has been carefully designed to directly connect our people with essential skills, insights, and conversations that are relevant to their professional growth and the future of our industry." This approach aims to empower employees through thought leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
