DLD Showcases Innovative Digital Initiatives At GITEX Global 2025 To Transform Real Estate Services
Dubai Land Department (DLD) recently wrapped up its involvement at GITEX Global 2025, showcasing its role as a leader in smart real estate transformation. This participation underscores Dubai's status among the world's most digitally advanced cities. Through innovative initiatives and collaborations with top global tech firms, DLD aims to transform customer experiences into a fully digital model, aligning with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033.
DLD introduced several groundbreaking initiatives to redefine real estate services. A key highlight was the launch of the first phase of the 'Digital Sale' service via the 'Dubai Now' app. This service allows customers to complete real estate transactions digitally using their UAE Pass, enhancing efficiency and providing a faster, safer experience for investors.

In addition, DLD unveiled the 'Dubai Rental Heatmap', which uses AI and data analytics to offer precise rental value indicators for each housing unit. This tool promotes transparency in the rental market, helping landlords and tenants make informed decisions based on current data.
DLD has partnered with Google Cloud to introduce the 'DLD Investor AI Assistant'. This advanced AI system provides investors with accurate insights and analytics, supporting informed decision-making and fostering growth in the real estate sector. Furthermore, DLD collaborated with Microsoft to develop a unified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This initiative aims to enhance customer interactions by integrating AI, automation, and data analytics technologies.
Additionally, DLD strengthened ties with Dubai Municipality through projects like Digital Twin and Smart Buildings Platform. These initiatives aim to improve smart city management and enhance shared government services' efficiency.
Security and Financial Innovations
DLD signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Dubai Police to bolster cybersecurity in real estate and raise awareness about cybercrime risks. During GITEX Global 2025, DLD also announced cooperation with Dubai Finance for an initial technical implementation enabling instant settlement of digital assets in UAE dirhams for government service fees via the DubaiPay platform.
Moreover, DLD formed a strategic partnership with Emirates NBD to create advanced digital solutions that simplify tenant experiences and increase flexibility in rental operations across Dubai.
Commitment to Digital Transformation
Omar Al Mheiri, Head of DLD’s GITEX Global 2025 Participation Committee, stated: "The success of our participation in GITEX Global 2025 reflects DLD’s unwavering commitment to advancing smart real estate transformation and adopting cutting-edge technologies that elevate customer experience and promote the sustainability of the real estate market.
