Diriyah Company To Open Zallal Commercial Hub In Bujairi District By 2025

Diriyah Company has recently announced the launch of Zallal, its first significant commercial venture combining office and retail spaces, set to open its doors in the first half of 2025. Located in the vibrant Bujairi District, Zallal is poised to become a new focal point for business and leisure. The project will encompass two low-rise buildings dedicated to office space, covering a total leasable area of about 6,000 square meters. Additionally, it will feature 12 outlets for retail and food & beverage services, spreading over 8,000 square meters.

The anticipation for Zallal is high among potential tenants, with Diriyah Company already engaging in advanced leasing discussions with a variety of companies and organizations. Its prime location next to Bujairi Terrace, a popular destination attracting thousands of visitors daily, enhances its appeal. Group CEO of Diriyah Company, Jerry Inzerillo, shared his enthusiasm about the project's reception from the commercial sector. Inzerillo also noted that construction progress is on track, emphasizing that Zallal will play a crucial role in continuing the dynamic development of Diriyah by attracting daily visitors to Bujairi Terrace.

Zallal is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a 1,400-space basement car park with direct access to Wadi Hanifah, Al Imam Abdulaziz bin Muhammad ibn Saud Road, and public transport links. The inclusion of coach drop-off points will facilitate a smooth arrival experience for tourists and visitors in this pedestrian-friendly locale.
