Diriyah Company Launches Fifth Edition Of Graduate Development Program To Empower Local Talent
Diriyah Company has introduced the fifth edition of its Graduate Development Program, aiming to enhance the skills of young local talents. This initiative supports Saudi Vision 2030 by focusing on personal and professional growth while connecting participants to Diriyah's core values. The program is crafted for recent bachelor's and master's graduates with less than a year of experience.
The program offers a unique educational journey, enriched through partnerships with leading experts and management institutes. Participants will develop both behavioural and technical skills, preparing them for promising careers in a dynamic work environment. This aligns with Diriyah’s strategy to empower its community and contribute to the Kingdom's transformation.

A key feature of the Diriyah Graduate Development Program is its comprehensive development journey. It includes competitive monthly stipends, housing and transportation allowances, health insurance, and social insurance registration. Participants also benefit from secondments with top consulting firms, international training at prestigious institutions, and paid annual leave.
Since its inception, the program has received nearly 30,000 applications across four editions, benefiting 101 graduates. Participants gain practical experience by rotating through essential departments like finance, marketing, human resources, legal affairs, and governance. They receive specialized training in high-demand areas such as data management, cybersecurity, and risk management.
The fifth edition underscores Diriyah Company’s dedication to Saudi Vision 2030 and its goal of establishing Diriyah as a global hub for heritage and culture. Diriyah boasts offices, cultural venues, sports facilities, luxury hotels, historical sites, museums, and educational centres. Registration for the program is open until April 13.
This initiative reflects Diriyah Company's ongoing investment in its community's future by nurturing upcoming leaders and advancing the Kingdom's progress. Through this effort, Diriyah continues to position itself as a prominent destination for cultural enrichment.
