Diriyah Company Unveils 239 Premium Homes In Manazel AlHadawi Amid $1.5 Billion Contracts
Diriyah Company has unveiled 239 premium homes in the Manazel AlHadawi residential area at Cityscape Global 2025. This marks the initial release of properties within its flagship Media and Innovation District. The homes, priced from SAR1.6 million, include studio apartments, two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, and four-bedroom duplexes. These properties blend traditional Saudi architecture with modern design, offering a unique living experience.
The new residential development aims to attract media and technology professionals working in the district, as well as families seeking a high-quality lifestyle in Diriyah. The launch is part of a larger plan to introduce over 18,000 homes for more than 100,000 residents in Diriyah’s City of Earth. This initiative draws inspiration from Najdi architectural traditions, reflecting the rich heritage of Saudi Arabia's first state.

Advanced infrastructure and smart city technologies will support these new homes, ensuring efficient and sustainable living. The properties are divided into two residential areas within the district. Alongside this launch, Diriyah Company announced three major contracts worth $1.5 billion (SAR5.7 billion) for residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
BEC Arabia Contracting Company has been awarded the contract for the Media and Innovation District - South Offices. This project will provide cutting-edge office spaces for global media networks and creative agencies. Additionally, BEC Arabia secured the contract for Manazel AlHadawi plots to expand residential offerings for professionals and families.
Almabani General Contractors received the King Khalid Road Main Works contract to enhance connectivity within Diriyah’s districts. These developments are part of Diriyah Company’s $63.2 billion urban development program aimed at creating a contemporary human-centric environment on Riyadh's outskirts.
Diriyah’s Media and Innovation District was introduced at MIPIM in Cannes in March 2025 as a hub for global media networks and creative professionals. It features state-of-the-art infrastructure designed to promote sustainability while offering an exceptional quality of life.
Economic Impact and Future Plans
The $63.2 billion integrated urban development has awarded over $27 billion in construction contracts so far. Once completed, Diriyah will contribute approximately $18.6 billion (SAR70 billion) to Saudi Arabia's GDP and create over 180,000 jobs while housing around 100,000 people.
The development will feature museums, shopping districts, a university, the Royal Diriyah Opera House, the Diriyah Arena, numerous food outlets, nearly 40 world-class resorts and hotels across its masterplans. Additionally, it will include the Royal Golf Club with a Greg Norman-designed course and the Royal Equestrian & Polo Club at Wadi Safar.
Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of Diriyah Company Group stated: "Manazel AlHadawi represents a pivotal milestone in Diriyah Company’s journey...
