Diriyah Company And Golf Saudi Join Forces To Operate Wadi Safar Signature Golf Course

The Diriyah Company has announced a significant partnership with Golf Saudi, appointing it as the operator for the Wadi Safar Signature Golf Course and the Royal Golf Club. These are key attractions in Diriyah's expansive development near Riyadh. The agreement was formalised at a ceremony held at the Wadi Safar Signature Golf Course, attended by prominent leaders, Golf Saudi ambassadors, professional players, and select media.

Golf Saudi will leverage its expertise to deliver exceptional golfing experiences at Wadi Safar. This collaboration aims to position Diriyah as a leading destination in Saudi Arabia's growing golf scene, appealing to both international and regional audiences. The partnership aligns with Vision 2030's goal of making Diriyah a premier global gathering place.

Diriyah Company Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo and Golf Saudi CEO Noah Alireza spoke at the event, emphasising how this partnership supports Vision 2030. They aim to establish Diriyah as "one of the world's next greatest gathering places." The Wadi Safar Signature Golf Course is designed to meet top international standards, combining luxury and sustainability within Diriyah's cultural landscape.

The course was designed by golf legend Greg Norman and spans 630,000 square metres. It features an 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole academy course, a driving range, and short game practice facilities. This offers an elite golfing experience close to the historic UNESCO World Heritage site of At-Turaif.
