Diriyah Celebrates Saudi Culture With Terhal: A Unique Theatrical Performance Showcasing National Heritage

The second edition of "Terhal" began on Monday evening at the Mayadeen site in Diriyah Governorate. Organised by the Ministry of Culture, this event will continue until August 25. It has attracted a significant audience with its artistic scenes that tell the story of a nation through live visual and musical storytelling.

This unique Saudi theatrical performance combines elements of nature with modern stage technologies. It offers an innovative showcase inspired by the Kingdom’s national heritage. The narrative follows Saad, a young Saudi, on his journey across the Kingdom's regions to discover himself and his roots.

Saad's journey is not just about self-discovery; it also envisions a future shaped by his own hands. He carries the legacy of his ancestors and is driven by ambition. The show draws inspiration from Saudi Arabia's landscapes, blending them with contemporary lighting and visual effects.
