Direct Hajj Program Package Preference Phase Empowers Pilgrims For 1447AH–2026 Season
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the Package Preference Phase on the Nusuk Hajj platform for the 1447AH–2026 Hajj season, allowing pilgrims to preview and rank service packages before formal booking and giving service providers early indicators of demand and preferred service levels.
This phase currently targets pilgrims from countries included in the Direct Hajj Program, and the ministry noted that the announcement does not cover other states, where Hajj arrangements continue through existing approved channels in line with each country’s regulations and established organisational procedures.

Through Nusuk Hajj, prospective pilgrims can examine a range of Hajj service packages, compare options by service level, detailed content, and cost, and then select up to five preferred packages, while integrated comparison tools and popularity indicators help users understand trends and make choices that reflect personal needs and budgets.
The platform also supports installment-based deposits through a digital wallet, lists only officially accredited service providers, and is designed to simplify procedures by combining package selection, financial transactions, and provider verification in one digital environment, which the ministry expects will streamline preparation for the 1447AH–2026 season.
The ministry urged all eligible pilgrims using the Direct Hajj Program to register on Nusuk Hajj or update existing profiles, ensure that every personal detail and document is accurate, and add family members who plan to perform Hajj under the same application, to support faster verification and quicker processing of requests.
Reaffirming regulatory controls, the ministry stated that Nusuk Hajj is the sole authorised platform for Hajj services in countries under the Direct Hajj Program, stressed that deposits and bookings must be completed only through the platform, and warned pilgrims not to deal with any unlicensed intermediaries or unaccredited service providers.
