Digital Dubai Showcases AI Innovations To Enhance Quality Of Life At GITEX Global 2025

Digital Dubai is participating in GITEX Global 2025, featuring over 50 government and private entities. The event highlights the latest innovations in artificial intelligence and digital services aimed at improving life quality in Dubai. This year, Digital Dubai emphasises Agentic AI, a new generation of intelligent systems that autonomously plan and execute complex tasks, transforming government services to be more proactive and personalised.

Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Director-General of Digital Dubai, expressed the importance of GITEX Global. He stated, "Every year, GITEX represents a step into the future — a space where creativity meets rapidly evolving technologies to craft innovative solutions that push the limits of possibility. At Digital Dubai, we are proud to contribute to this vibrant ecosystem. This year, we’re showcasing a series of pioneering initiatives that reflect our ongoing commitment to advancing artificial intelligence and digital innovation."

Digital Dubai s AI Innovations at GITEX 2025

Al Mansoori further invited everyone to explore the Dubai Government Pavilion. He said it offers a glimpse into the future of smart cities built under visionary leadership. Feedback from visitors is crucial as it drives initiatives focused on enhancing happiness and quality of life for residents.

The Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment has introduced several projects at GITEX Global 2025. CodAI aims to elevate AI maturity across Dubai Government. The GeoStat Agent analyses geostatistical data, while Talk to your Data allows users to interact with official city data. The platform also features the Dubai Dashboard for real-time city insights.

Additional innovations include AI Sampling and Polling for optimising survey designs and a "Data Marketplace" service for public access to data for investments or research. These projects showcase how technology can enhance human happiness and improve life quality.

Matar Al Hemeiri, CEO of the Dubai Government Digital Establishment, highlighted their focus on integrated digital services using AI and IoT. This approach makes services more accessible and user-focused, supporting the digital economy's growth. It aligns with Dubai's vision as a global leader in adopting future-ready technologies.

The establishment will present AI agents specialised in various government functions like recruitment and finance. This suite enables an efficient operational ecosystem driven by data and AI.

Digital Dubai also showcases cybersecurity solutions from the Dubai Electronic Cybersecurity Centre. These include Advanced Security Audit & Assurance ASAAS 2.0 powered by AI, the Dubai Cyber Index dashboard for cybersecurity readiness, and Ethaq+, a digital certificate for entities.

Younus Al Nasser, CEO of the Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment, remarked on Digital Dubai’s role at GITEX this year: "Digital Dubai’s participation at GITEX this year embodies the vision of a city driven by data and empowered by artificial intelligence leveraging intelligent digital agents to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of its services and programs across all sectors."
