A standout among these is the 'Opportunities Platform', a pioneering tool for advertising job vacancies within the healthcare sector managed by a government entity.

Dr Hisham Al Hammadi, Director of Health Licensing at DHA, elaborated on the 'Opportunities Platform'. He described it as a digital gateway integrated into the Sheryan system. This platform displays all available job openings in Dubai's healthcare sector, helping qualified professionals find suitable employment that meets registration criteria.

The 'Opportunities Platform' was developed to streamline recruitment electronically. It provides precise reports and statistics on labour market trends in healthcare. This data-driven approach aids in policy formulation and informed decision-making regarding job placements in this essential field.

Dr Hisham Al Hammadi highlighted several key objectives of the platform. A primary aim is to support Emiratisation policies within the private healthcare sector.
