The Architecture and Design Commission (ADC) has announced the pilot edition of its Design Leadership Program 2024. This initiative is part of the ADC's Educational Enrichment Programs and aims to enhance leadership capabilities among emerging professionals in the architecture and design sector through a comprehensive online curriculum.
The Design Leadership Program 2024 targets young professionals with 3-7 years of experience who are currently in leadership roles, managing teams of 2-5 people or more. Applicants must be residents of Saudi Arabia, proficient in English, and working in one of the architecture and design disciplines.
The program's objectives include offering opportunities to develop leadership skills, enriching practical application with real-world examples and best practices, and promoting collaboration within the Saudi architecture and design community.
The program comprises four key components:
