Daman Achieves Three Prestigious Awards From Nafis Programme For Emiratisation Initiatives

The National Insurance Company - Daman, part of PureHealth Group, has been honoured with three awards in the third edition of the Nafis programme for 2024-2025. These accolades highlight the company's dedication to Emiratisation and its efforts to empower local talents within the insurance industry.

Daman secured first place in the "Efforts Supporting Emiratisation" category for the insurance sector. This award acknowledges their significant contributions to increasing Emirati participation and creating job opportunities across various roles and departments.

The company also received the Diamond Category award. This was in recognition of its exceptional work in empowering national staff, developing their skills, and enhancing leadership capabilities. This achievement reinforces Daman's status as a leading supporter of Emirati talent employment in the private sector.

In the individuals’ category, Esraa Alsaadi, a standout employee at Daman, won first place in the insurance sector category. Her dedication and contributions have significantly enhanced corporate performance and advanced Emiratisation while promoting professional excellence.
