The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Competition for Memorizing the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah is set to commence in West Africa. Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Alsheikh, Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, highlighted this event as a testament to Saudi Arabia's dedication to its religious foundations and support for Muslims worldwide.

Sheikh Dr. Al Alsheikh noted that this competition is organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance in partnership with Mauritania's Ministry of Islamic Affairs. Sixteen West African countries will participate in this significant event. The initiative underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to promoting Islamic teachings and values across the region.
