Cultural Development Fund Promotes Leadership And Entrepreneurship At Biban Forum 2025

The Cultural Development Fund (CDF) is set to participate in the Biban Forum 2025, organised by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at) in Riyadh. As a sponsor of cultural leadership, the fund aims to nurture an entrepreneurial environment that supports cultural projects and empowers businesses and entrepreneurs within the cultural sector.

Throughout the forum, CDF will engage in various activities across different sections. A main pavilion within the Funding and Investment Door will showcase its financial solutions, particularly those aimed at micro, small, and medium enterprises in all cultural fields. The fund will also present development solutions to promote cultural entrepreneurship.

Majed Al-Hogail, CEO of CDF, will participate in a dialogue session. He plans to highlight the fund's innovative financing models designed to support the growth of cultural institutions. Al-Hogail will also discuss how Saudi Vision 2030 is transforming the cultural sector into a key driver of sustainable development with significant economic and social impacts.

In its empowerment efforts, CDF is enabling 20 cultural enterprises to join Startup Door. This initiative provides these enterprises with opportunities to showcase their services to visitors and investors, strengthening their presence within Saudi Arabia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. It reflects the fund’s commitment to helping beneficiaries expand networks and build partnerships for enhanced local and global reach.

At the Business Support Center, CDF offers free consultations to entrepreneurs on financial, administrative, and technical aspects of their projects. These specialised sessions aim to help entrepreneurs overcome challenges, develop skills, and successfully establish sustainable cultural ventures.
