Cruise Saudi Celebrates Arrival Of AROYA Ship At Jeddah Islamic Port For Red Sea Tourism

Cruise Saudi, a company under the Public Investment Fund, has announced the arrival of AROYA Cruises' first ship, AROYA, in Jeddah. This marks the beginning of its operations from Jeddah Islamic Port as the main departure point for Red Sea cruises. The ship underwent extensive renovations in Bremerhaven and Rotterdam, with 95% of its spaces redesigned to showcase Arabian heritage. It now promises an exceptional cruising experience with a completely reimagined interior. The ship boasts world-class amenities such as a souq-inspired shopping district—the largest retail area on any cruise ship—luxurious spa facilities, a wellness center, 29 dining options, 20 entertainment venues, and one of the largest children's play areas at sea.

Jeddah Islamic Port is fully equipped to handle large cruise ships after significant upgrades to its infrastructure and logistics services. Its historical importance as the main gateway to Makkah and Madinah enhances its appeal as a global tourist destination.
