In Pics: Abu Dhabi And Dubai Crown Princes Meet For Iftar At Nad Al Sheba Retreat
His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, attended an Iftar banquet hosted, today, by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai
The event took place at Nad Al Sheba retreat and was also attended by Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance; and Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai.
The gathering provided an opportunity for the Crown Princes of Abu Dhabi and Dubai to engage in meaningful discussions about the UAE’s development journey. They reflected on the nation's achievements and ongoing projects that aim to elevate the UAE's progress and prosperity. Their discussions focused on enhancing the quality of life for all citizens.
During their meeting, Their Highnesses explored strategies to improve the well-being of UAE citizens. They emphasised ensuring that development benefits reach every member of society. This reflects a commitment to fostering a high quality of life across the nation.
The event was attended by several notable figures, including H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State. Also present were Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, along with senior military commanders, officials, and local dignitaries.
In keeping with the spirit of the holy month, Their Highnesses offered prayers for the continued health and well-being of the UAE’s leadership. They prayed for sustained progress and prosperity for the people of the UAE and for blessings, goodness, and peace to grace Arab and Islamic nations.
