Gastronomy Expo in Buraidah

Visitors will experience live cooking demonstrations showcasing the cultural and culinary diversity of participating cities. Each city will have its own pavilion where unique dishes reflecting local traditions can be sampled.

The exhibition offers visitors a chance to interact with chefs and learn about local ingredients, traditional cooking techniques, and modern innovations that distinguish each city in the culinary world. This engagement aims to deepen understanding and appreciation of global culinary practices.

A special pavilion dedicated to Buraidah will highlight its culinary contributions to UCCN. This section will showcase Buraidah's history, cultural heritage, and creative aspects that have earned it international recognition.

Celebrating Saudi Coffee and Dates

The event will also include sections focused on Saudi coffee and dates. Various date varieties for which the Kingdom is renowned will be presented, offering visitors a taste of this significant aspect of Saudi culture.

This exhibition is part of a broader cultural program accompanying the Buraidah Dates Carnival, known as the world's largest date festival held annually in this city. The Culinary Arts Commission aims to celebrate Buraidah as a creative city of gastronomy through this event.

By reinforcing Buraidah's standing in UCCN, the event promotes cultural exchange between Saudi Arabia and the global community. The exhibition underscores the city's role in fostering international culinary connections.
