CODE Launches LogisTech Challenge To Enhance Innovation In The Logistics Sector

The Center of Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE), under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, has introduced the LogisTech Challenge. This initiative, in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services, the Transport General Authority, Infinite pl, and Logistics, seeks to boost innovation within the logistics sector. The goal is to develop new technological solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity, thereby advancing the digital economy.

Participants in the LogisTech Challenge will navigate through several stages after registration. These include acceptance, business model development, final selection, and a training bootcamp. The competition will conclude on January 21 with participants presenting their projects to a panel of judges. Successful projects offering practical solutions will be acknowledged at a final ceremony.

The challenge emphasises three primary tracks: fleet improvement and sustainability, alternative delivery and commerce solutions, and data-driven logistics intelligence. To support participants in these areas, over 20 training programs and mentoring sessions are available. These resources aim to equip more than 250 participants with essential skills while guiding them in refining their ideas and developing prototypes.

Registration for this challenge is currently open and will close on December 5. It invites logistics technology enthusiasts, experts, and industry decision-makers to participate.
