Cityscape Global Returns To Riyadh This November With Focus On Urban Living And Real Estate Innovation

Riyadh is preparing to host Cityscape Global at the Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham from November 17 to 20. The event, themed "The Future of Urban Living," is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in collaboration with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), the Housing Program, a Vision 2030 initiative, and organized by Tahaluf.

This year's Cityscape Global promises to be the largest yet, featuring over 450 exhibitors and 500 speakers. It will include four curated conferences and two VIP networking programmes for institutional investors and international developers. The event aims to attract more than 172,000 participants from across the real estate value chain, including developers, architects, investors, technology providers, and policymakers.

Cityscape Global Returns to Riyadh in November

Cityscape Global is known for highlighting Saudi Arabia's real estate transformation while maintaining a global perspective. Last year's show included over 70 international developers and attracted more than 20,000 international attendees. This year’s edition will continue this trend with significant international participation from countries like the United States, China, India, the United Kingdom, Italy, the UAE, Qatar, and Jordan.

Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail stated: "The 2025 edition of Cityscape Global represents a significant opportunity to forge new partnerships and strengthen collaboration as we pursue the ambitious objectives of Vision 2030. This exhibition plays a crucial role in supporting our efforts to develop integrated urban communities, improve the quality of life for citizens and residents, and drive sustainable economic growth."

The event will feature the Future of Living Summit focusing on smarter cities. It will provide insights into federal strategies and explore developments in AI, PropTech, and sustainable urban design. The DnA (Developers & Architects) Stage will connect award-winning urban planners with leading developers through discussions on human-centric planning and advanced construction solutions.

The Innovation Arena offers startups a platform to showcase tech innovations in real estate through the Cityscape Innovation Challenge. It also connects emerging architects at the Future Leaders Hackathon while providing market information on homeownership and mortgages in Saudi Arabia.

Strategic Partnerships

Chairman of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones Faisal Al-Khamisi noted: "This year, we aim to leverage the outstanding successes achieved by Cityscape Global in its previous editions... reflecting the growing global significance of this exhibition." He emphasized their commitment to further success in 2025 by hosting distinguished events that shape global real estate's future.

ESTAAD will be co-located with Cityscape Global to connect sports and entertainment infrastructure ecosystems. Attendees can gain insights from sports federations, expo organizers, Olympic committees, celebrity athletes, top architects, and venue operators.

The event underscores Saudi Arabia's leadership role in hosting major global events across various sectors. By showcasing innovative projects and fostering international collaborations within real estate development frameworks aligned with Vision 2030 goals.
