Cityscape Global 2025 Opens In Riyadh With Over $43 Billion In Real Estate Deals

The Cityscape Global 2025 event commenced on Monday in Riyadh, drawing senior officials, international decision-makers, and real estate leaders from Saudi Arabia and beyond. The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing is overseeing the event, collaborating with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and the Housing Program, a part of Saudi Vision 2030. Tahaluf is organising this significant gathering.

Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail highlighted that the exhibition serves as a national platform showcasing Saudi Arabia's ambition to develop smart cities and modern lifestyles. It aims to foster a global real estate economy grounded in innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. The minister emphasised that deals worth over $43 billion have been secured, indicating robust demand in the real estate market and its appeal to both local and international investors.

The opening session included notable contributions from Republic of Korea Minister of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport Kim Yoon-deok. Additionally, Sultanate of Oman Minister of Housing and Urban Planning Dr. Khalfan bin Saeed Al-Shuaili shared insights. Aseer Region Governor Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz also addressed attendees as Chairman of the Aseer Development Authority.

Minister Al-Hogail expressed optimism about the future: "Let us move forward together with confident steps toward an urban future worthy of a nation that builds its glory through the work of its people and writes the chapters of its progress according to global standards and a firmly rooted national vision," he stated.

This event underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to advancing its urban development goals under Vision 2030. By attracting significant investment interest, it highlights the Kingdom's strategic position in the global real estate landscape.
