Cityscape Global 2025 Launches In Riyadh With Global Real Estate Leaders And Innovations
The Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition is commencing in Riyadh, drawing a distinguished array of real estate developers and global leaders. This four-day event, themed "The Future of Urban Living," anticipates over 170,000 visitors, 550 exhibitors, and 470 international speakers. It highlights Saudi Arabia's rising status as a hub for real estate investment and innovation, aligning with recent sector developments like the Updated Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis.
Cityscape Global is hosted at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham. The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, alongside the Housing Program—part of Saudi Vision 2030—sponsors the event. Tahaluf, a collaboration between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), the Events Investment Fund (EIF), and Informa PLC, organises it.

Prominent partners include National Housing Company (NHC), Diriyah Company, ROSHN Group, New Murabba, Qiddiya, RUA AlHaram AlMakki, and NEOM as the principal partner. Masar Destination serves as the holistic destination partner; King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is the business destination partner; Rua Al Madinah Holding is the destination experience partner; stc acts as the digital enabler.
This year's focus is on real estate technology and artificial intelligence. A dedicated PropTech innovation zone will be featured along with the Innovation Challenge offering pilot projects worth SAR375,000. The world’s first AI Prompt-a-thon in real estate will also take place here to support Saudi Arabia's digital transformation in this sector.
The exhibition attracts investors managing assets over $5 trillion and top developers from more than 120 countries. Over 200 major global real estate projects will be showcased. Attendees can win prizes exceeding SAR11 million, including SAR7.2 million in-kind prizes from Sakani program, a villa, seven cars, shopping vouchers totaling SAR1.48 million, and mobile devices.
Activities are spread across five main conferences: The Future of Living Summit, DnA (Developers & Architects) Stage, Innovation Arena, an investors program, and ESTAAD (Sports & Entertainment). These platforms will feature participation from various global real estate leaders focusing on future sports facilities and event management.

Cityscape Global continues to solidify its reputation as the most attended real estate exhibition worldwide. Building on its successful 2024 edition where deals exceeded $5.3 billion with participation from over 120 countries, it has strengthened Saudi Arabia’s role in global urban development.
