Cityscape Global 2024 Exhibition To Launch Tomorrow In Riyadh Under Saudi Vision 2030 Theme

The Cityscape Global 2024 exhibition is set to commence tomorrow in Saudi Arabia, marking its second year with the theme "The Future of Living." This four-day event will take place at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh. The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, alongside the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and the Housing Program, is overseeing the event as part of Saudi Vision 2030.

Organised by Tahaluf, a collaboration between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, the Events Investment Fund, and Informa, this exhibition promises to be a significant gathering. Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail will sponsor the opening ceremony. Minister of Investment Engineer Khalid Al-Falih and other senior officials are expected to attend.

The first day's agenda includes a ministerial session titled "Harnessing Foreign Direct Investment and Global Partnerships for Saudi Arabia's Vision." This session will feature discussions with Minister Majed Al-Hogail and Minister Khalid Al-Falih. Additionally, there will be a special meeting with Mayor Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf on "Riyadh 2030—Driving Transformation Through Visionary Leadership."

Cityscape Global 2024 offers a rich schedule for real estate technology professionals. Attendees can engage in interactive dialogue sessions exploring future real estate trends, housing innovations, and AI technologies in smart cities. These sessions aim to provide insights into global real estate trends extending beyond 2050.

The exhibition presents numerous networking opportunities for investors and newcomers to the sector. Participants can share experiences, build relationships, and discover new technologies to enhance their businesses. International conferences like the Future of Living Summit and Assets Horizons Stage are part of this engaging lineup.

A special investors' program will host over 150 leading institutional investors managing assets worth $1.3 trillion collectively. More than 100 international institutional investors are expected to attend, highlighting substantial participation from real estate developers and major global investors.

With contributions from over 500 experts in the global real estate sector, Cityscape Global 2024 aims to showcase cutting-edge innovations in housing. The event provides a platform for discussing visions that extend well beyond 2050.
