China Southern Airlines Initiates First Direct Flight Route Between China And Saudi Arabia

Yesterday marked a significant advancement in international air travel connectivity between China and Saudi Arabia, as China Southern Airlines celebrated the launch of its inaugural flight from Beijing Daxing to Riyadh. This event signifies the first direct passenger service by a Chinese airline to Saudi Arabia, heralding a new chapter in the aviation sector. The inaugural flight was operated using an Airbus A330-300 aircraft, accommodating 240 passengers. Beijing Daxing-Riyadh flights are scheduled for every Tuesday and Saturday. The Riyadh-bound flight CZ5077 departs at 15:10 Beijing time and arrives at King Khalid International Airport at 20:10 local time. The return flight CZ5078 leaves Riyadh at 22:10 local time, reaching Beijing at 12:00 the next day. Passengers benefit from services like international baggage through check-in among other offerings.
