Children's Nursery Center At The Prophet's Mosque Provides Safe Environment For Young Visitors
The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques provides various services to visitors at the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah. These services ensure that worshippers can perform their religious duties with ease and peace of mind. One notable service is the Children's Nursery Center, which offers a secure and enjoyable environment for children while their families focus on worship.
Located on the northeastern side of the mosque, between courtyards 339 and 340, the center spans 268 square meters. It operates daily from 5 am to 11 pm, accommodating children from diverse backgrounds. In a recent period, over 7,100 children from 69 countries benefited from its services.

The center provides educational programs that enhance children's cultural and intellectual abilities. These programs include recreational activities designed to foster creative thinking and cognitive skills. The interactive environment helps instill religious values in an engaging manner.
Children embark on an educational journey that connects them with Madinah's historical landmarks through stories. These narratives are transformed into innovative games that cater to their developmental needs, making learning both fun and informative.
A comprehensive security system ensures children's safety at the center. Surveillance cameras monitor the premises, and parents must present identification documents such as ID cards, residence permits, or passports when entering or leaving with their children.
The center is staffed by specialists who supervise activities and ensure a safe environment for all children. This allows families to worship without worry, knowing their children are well cared for.
Cultural Insights and Meals
Visual activities at the center provide insights into the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and Madinah's history. These activities are tailored to suit different age groups, ensuring that all children gain valuable knowledge during their stay.
Fresh meals are offered in special halls within the center. This enables visitors and their children to enjoy being near the mosque while having a unique and enriching experience.
The Children's Nursery Center at the Prophet's Mosque plays a vital role in supporting families visiting Madinah. By offering a blend of education, recreation, and security, it ensures that both parents and children have a fulfilling experience during their visit.
