Burjeel Holdings Earns Seven Honours At Nafis Award For Commitment To Emirati Talent Excellence

Burjeel Holdings has been recognised at the Nafis Award for its dedication to empowering Emirati professionals in healthcare. This year, the Group secured seven awards in both ‘Large Facility’ and ‘Individual’ categories. These accolades highlight Burjeel's efforts to attract, develop, and retain UAE Nationals across its facilities.

Burjeel Medical City (BMC) achieved first place in the ‘Large Facility’ category. Additionally, six Emirati employees were honoured for their excellence in various roles such as medical, administrative, healthcare, and leadership positions. This recognition underscores the Group's commitment to nurturing local talent.

Over time, Burjeel Holdings has significantly increased the number of UAE Nationals within its facilities. There has been a 300 percent rise in Emirati representation across its units. Nearly 30 percent of these professionals now hold senior roles, showcasing the Group's dedication to Emiratisation.
