The site includes 300 restaurants and cafes, over 1,400 shops, and the world's largest artificial lake at 121,900 square meters. Visitors can explore this lake using submarines or boats. The Boulevard Pier amusement area offers thrilling rides and family-friendly attractions, including the iconic Ferris Wheel with panoramic views.

Boulevard World also boasts the largest sphere in the Middle East. This luminous structure houses Planet Cinema, offering an immersive 360-degree cinematic experience. Other attractions include a War Zone and a fleet of 47 boats like water taxis and gondolas.
