International Charity Organisation Board Approves Five-Year Strategic Plan To Enhance Humanitarian Efforts
The International Charity Organisation's Board of Trustees convened for the first time since its reformation, led by Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi. The meeting focused on reviewing financial and administrative performance, approving a five-year strategic plan, and acknowledging achievements in 2025.
Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi revealed that the Organisation's projects amounted to AED360 million in the first eight months of the year. Of this, AED72 million was allocated within the UAE, making up 20% of the total project value.

Sheikh Dr. Al Nuaimi expressed gratitude for the UAE leadership's support, emphasizing the Board's commitment to developing public policies aligned with national directives. This aims to bolster the UAE's status as a global humanitarian hub. He also stressed adopting innovative methods and digital solutions to improve donor engagement worldwide.
The Board of Trustees plays a crucial role in guiding future leadership and enhancing efficiency in humanitarian efforts both domestically and internationally. Sheikh Dr. Al Nuaimi is confident in their ability to steer the Organisation towards continued progress, building on over four decades of success.
Dr. Khaled Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the Organisation, highlighted its success in aiding millions across 24 countries. The Organisation supports various initiatives such as orphan care, social welfare, water projects, education, health services, and relief efforts.
A special report presented by Dr. Al Khaja detailed field operations in needy areas. It outlined challenges faced during travel and explained how projects and target countries are selected based on an annual plan addressing global community needs.

The meeting concluded with appreciation for all teams and donors who support the Organisation's mission of promoting goodness and humanitarian solidarity. The Board reaffirmed that giving remains central to their journey since inception.
