Black Hat MEA 2023 To Take Place In Riyadh From December 2 To 4, Focusing On Cybersecurity And Business Integration
Riyadh is set to host the fourth Black Hat Middle East and Africa event, known as Black Hat MEA. Organised by the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones alongside Tahaluf, in collaboration with Informa Global and the Events Investment Fund, this event will occur from December 2 to 4 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham.
The theme for this year is "Cybersecurity’s Global Stage." The event aims to connect the cybersecurity ecosystem with economic opportunities. It will focus on business sectors as a central axis, bringing together technology leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors in one environment. This approach highlights the importance of cybersecurity in driving economic growth.

Faisal Al-Khamisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, stated that hosting this event for the fourth year underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to global leadership in cybersecurity. He emphasised Riyadh's role as a key hub for technology and digital security both regionally and globally.
This year's edition aims to strengthen ties between technology and business sectors. By doing so, it encourages companies to adopt cybersecurity solutions that support economic development. This integration opens new avenues for collaboration between public and private sectors.
The event is expected to draw over 45,000 visitors from 140 countries. It will feature 450 exhibitors from leading global and local companies. Additionally, 300 speakers who are experts in cybersecurity will participate. These participants will share insights through more than 500 hours of specialised content across 12 stages.
Attendees can expect live ethical hacking demonstrations, interactive panel discussions, advanced technical workshops, 18 panel sessions, and seven interactive sessions covering various topics. This comprehensive programme ensures a rich learning experience for all participants.

In partnership with Tuwaiq Academy, Black Hat MEA will include participation from major global brands like Google Cloud, Cisco, Haboob, SITE, and Infoblox. Experts from international organisations such as Microsoft, INTERPOL, Mastercard, and Riot Games will also be present.
