Al Suwaidir stressed the crucial role of media in shaping public opinion and building bridges between cultures. He stated that the Emirates News Agency supports the council's media plans, emphasising that media cooperation is essential for opening new horizons for dialogue and cultural exchange.

Al Suwaidir mentioned that WAM had published over 600 news items as part of its news exchange with China in the first half of 2024. This extensive coverage reflects the depth of cultural and media relations between the two countries. He added that this collaboration has provided a comprehensive view of developments in innovation, technology, and rich cultural aspects in both nations.

Expanding Horizons Through Media

In his concluding remarks, Al Suwaidir called for strengthening media cooperation to build bridges of communication between peoples. He affirmed that this cooperation "is not merely an exchange of news but rather an investment in fostering global peace and understanding."
