Belarusian Delegation Explores UAE’s Leading Practices In Artificial Intelligence And Digital Transformation

A delegation from Belarus visited the UAE to learn about its advanced government models in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and next-generation services. This visit was part of the Government Experience Exchange Office's initiatives at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, aiming to strengthen global partnerships and promote collaboration between the two nations.

The Belarusian group included notable figures such as Yulia Shapkina, Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatisation, and Sergey Rudnev, First Deputy Director General at the Analytical Centre under the President's Administration. Other members were Andrei Filipovich, Siarhei Belikov, Natalia Kushina, Maria Kalantai, and Natalia Kupitayenko.

During their stay, the delegation engaged in meetings with senior UAE officials. These discussions focused on expanding partnerships in experience exchange across areas like digital transformation and artificial intelligence. The aim was to enhance government coordination and explore joint opportunities in public service innovation.

The Belarusian officials also participated in field visits to prominent public and private entities in the UAE. They explored innovative models and success stories at places like the Government Accelerators and 42 Abu Dhabi Academy. These visits provided insights into successful projects that could be adapted back home.

Both sides discussed enhancing cooperation in developing national capacities for future education and digital skills. They also explored opportunities for collaboration in institutional performance, digital legislation, and simplifying government procedures. These discussions aimed to foster a more efficient and proactive approach to citizen-centred services.

The visit highlighted the UAE's commitment to accelerating transformation through innovative projects and digital solutions. By sharing knowledge and experiences with Belarus, both countries aim to improve efficiency in delivering government services that are responsive to citizens' needs.
