BEEAH Celebrates Inaugural Graduates Of Its Future Leadership Development Initiative
BEEAH, a leader in sustainability in the region, recently celebrated the graduation of its first Future Leadership Programme. This nine-month initiative aims to develop future leaders within the organisation. The ceremony took place at BEEAH’s headquarters, where 20 participants received their completion certificates.
The programme was co-developed with Emeritus, a globally recognised executive education provider. It focuses on empowering participants with skills aligned with BEEAH’s goals of innovation, sustainability, and growth. The annual programme includes 14 modules covering key leadership areas such as emotional intelligence, change management, strategic decision-making through analytics, and Industry 4.0 advancements.

Participants engaged in 300 hours of classroom instruction and over 100 hours of online learning. The training included interactive simulations to apply theoretical knowledge practically. A group-based capstone project allowed participants to work on transformative solutions for future challenges identified by BEEAH.
Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice-Chairman of BEEAH, remarked, "This initiative closely aligns with our mission to foster innovation and leadership within BEEAH, where we are creating an environment that allows innovation to prosper."
Adey Zaghab, Executive Vice President – Middle East Turkey & Africa at Emeritus, expressed delight in contributing to the programme’s success. He said, "This achievement is a testament to the unwavering support and collaboration from the BEEAH team, the dedication and engagement of the delegates, the expertise of our distinguished faculty, and the content of our global Business School partners."
Regular mentoring sessions provided guidance on capstone projects. Presentations showcased leadership and strategic thinking on themes like waste management's future and achieving net-zero urban environments through technology.
Global Collaboration for Excellence
The collaboration with Emeritus gave executives access to resources from prestigious institutions like MIT, Columbia Business School, Tuck Executive Education, and NUS Business School. Of the 20 senior executives who graduated from the programme, a 95% satisfaction rate was reported.
Hind Al Huwaidi, Chief Executive Development Officer at BEEAH, stated that they are looking into ways to enhance the programme further. She said they aim to extend its reach through strategic partnerships to include more potential participants.
