Bahrain Hosts GCC Festival Celebrating Young Talent In Media
The 16th edition of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Radio and Television Festival took place yesterday in Manama, Bahrain. GCC Secretary General Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi highlighted Bahrain's long-standing commitment to supporting creative media within the council member states. Since 1994, Bahrain has hosted this festival, reflecting its dedication to fostering young talent in radio and television.
Held under the patronage of Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the event was organized by the Bahraini Ministry of Information in collaboration with the GCC Radio and Television Corporation. The festival saw participation from ministers of information from GCC and other Arab countries, as well as media experts.

Albudaiwi expressed his gratitude to Bahrain for its efforts in organizing the festival.
