Bahrain Coffee Festival 2025 To Celebrate Global Coffee Culture In Manama

DXB LIVE, the event management arm of Dubai World Trade Centre, is set to host the Bahrain Coffee Festival 2025. This event will take place in Manama from 9th to 13th December at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre. It is organised in partnership with the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, and the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.

The festival aims to celebrate coffee's art, culture, and creativity, marking a first for Bahrain. It will gather coffee enthusiasts, artisans, and professionals globally. Over five days, attendees can engage in competitions, workshops, cultural experiences, and tasting sessions. These activities aim to connect regional and global coffee communities while boosting local brands and tourism.

The festival's programme includes various competitions such as the Latte Art Championship and Coffee Tasting Challenge. Other contests include the Speed Barista Race, Home Brewers Contest, and Best Milk Coffee Award. Workshops will cover brewing techniques, flavour profiling, roasting basics, café startups, and packaging design.

Visitors can enjoy live coffee art sessions alongside Arabic coffee demonstrations. There will also be dessert pairings and a mini coffee museum showcasing the beverage's history. The event will feature "Coffee Around the World" tastings and sustainability talks.

This festival follows the success of the Dubai Coffee Festival 2024. The Bahrain edition aligns with DXB LIVE’s strategy to expand its flagship events beyond UAE borders. Khalid Al Hammadi, Executive Vice-President at DXB LIVE, stated that this festival is more than just an event; it celebrates creativity, community, and collaboration.

Al Hammadi emphasised their goal to foster connections across the coffee industry through this festival. "This festival represents more than an event; it is a celebration of creativity, community, and collaboration. Through it, we aim to foster connections across the coffee industry and deliver an experience that blends education, entertainment, and culture," he said.

Cultural Experiences Await

The festival will also host a documentary screening alongside a Coffee and Music Lounge where aroma meets sound. These elements are designed to enhance visitors' cultural experiences during their time at the festival.

By hosting this event in Bahrain for the first time, DXB LIVE aims to create a platform that supports local tourism growth while connecting global coffee communities through shared experiences.
