Avia Solutions Group To Establish New Regional Headquarters In Dubai South By 2027

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) in Dubai South has announced that Avia Solutions Group (ASG), a Dublin-based aviation services company, will establish its new regional headquarters there. ASG is the world's largest provider of ACMI services. This move aligns with ASG's global expansion strategy and aims to enhance their service capabilities in the Middle East and beyond.

ASG's new facility at Dubai South is set for completion by the end of 2027. It will initially house up to 800 professionals from diverse backgrounds. The headquarters will serve as a global collaboration hub, featuring modern workspaces, executive offices, and advanced meeting facilities. It will also function as a shared-services centre supporting ASG's worldwide operations in various sectors such as ACMI, cargo charters, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and aviation insurance.

The facility will include an Avia Solutions Group Agentic AI innovation hub. This initiative aims to attract global talent and foster innovation within the aviation industry. The establishment of this hub underscores ASG's commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology into its operations.

Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, expressed his enthusiasm about ASG's decision. Gediminas Ziemelis, Founder and Chairman of Avia Solutions Group, highlighted the strategic advantages of their new location. "The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub at Dubai South is among the most advanced and integrated aviation ecosystems in the world," he said. Establishing their regional headquarters in Dubai will enable ASG to attract top talent globally and meet growing customer demands across the region.

Avia Solutions Group operates a fleet of 209 aircraft across six continents. The company offers a wide range of aviation solutions through its subsidiaries. These include aircraft leasing and trading, MRO services, ground handling, pilot and crew training, charter and cargo operations, as well as aviation media and events.

Dubai's Vision for Aviation

The presence of ASG at MBRAH aligns with Dubai's vision to become a leading aviation hub globally. Khalifa Al Zaffin noted that this move supports His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s vision to establish Dubai as the world's aviation capital.

This development marks a significant step in strengthening Dubai's position in the global aviation sector while enhancing ASG's operational efficiency worldwide.
