Throughout his career, Alshamari has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in several key areas, including healthcare strategy, consulting, and operations management. His resume boasts tenure at prestigious institutions such as ARAMCO, SABIC, and Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib, among others.

Before his latest role, he was the Sports Medicine Advisor at the Saudi Ministry of Sports. In his capacity as CEO, Alshamari will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of Aster Hospitals and Clinics in KSA. He will collaborate closely with Alisha Moopen, Aster DM Healthcare's Managing Director and Group CEO, alongside other functional leaders to ensure the successful implementation of the organization's strategic aims.
