Asia Triathlon Championship In Jubail Sees Intense Competition Among Top Athletes

The Asia Triathlon Junior, U23 & Mixed Relay Championship continued at Dareen Beach in Jubail. Organised by the Saudi Triathlon Federation, the event saw 240 athletes from various nationalities and age groups competing. The second day attracted large crowds and featured intense competitions among participants.

The day's events began with the Elite U23 women's category. Ga yeon Park from Korea secured first place, followed by Cade Wright from Hong Kong, China. Japan's Mako Hiraizumi took third place, while Indonesia's Martina Ayu Partiwi and Japan's Himeka Sato finished fourth and fifth, respectively.

Intense Competition at Asia Triathlon Championship

In the Elite U23 men's category, Robin Elg of Hong Kong, China, claimed victory. Kazakhstan's Alexandr Ten and Yegor Krupyakov finished second and third. Japan's Amu Omuro came fourth, with Indonesia's Rashif Amila Yaqin securing fifth place.

The junior women's category was dominated by Japan. Kanade Sugiura took first place, followed by Ayame Hayashi in second. Pauline Courret from Hong Kong, China, finished third. Korea's Seoeun Park and Japan's Rio Noda completed the top five.

Japan also excelled in the junior men's category. Takuto Oshima won first place, while Kazakhstan's Arlan Zhanabay came second. Japan's Kazuna Asanuma secured third place. Ali Zhanat from Kazakhstan finished fourth, with Indonesia's Bima Muslim Perdana in fifth.

The competition showcased a mix of emerging talents across Asia. The event not only highlighted individual achievements but also fostered sportsmanship among diverse participants.
