Arada Launches Nest Hotel: A New Affordable Hospitality Brand At ATM 2025
Arada has introduced its first hospitality brand, Nest Hotel, at the Arabian Travel Market 2025. This new venture offers a lively and affordable midscale experience, blending comfort with community and convenience. The inaugural Nest Hotel is set to open in October within Aljada, Arada's AED35 billion project in Sharjah. Managed by Arada Hospitality, it will feature 431 rooms across two buildings near the Nest Campus student housing and opposite Arada’s Central Business District.
The hotel aims to meet the growing demand from both MICE and leisure tourism sectors. Sharjah International Airport, just five minutes away, saw 17 million passengers in 2024, marking an 11 percent increase from the previous year. Additionally, the hotel will cater to internal demand from Aljada itself, which attracted 8 million visitors in 2024.

Strategically located, Nest Hotel supports Sharjah’s academic and event sectors. It is conveniently positioned for visitors attending events at the nearby Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre. The property includes features like mobile check-in, digital room access, coworking spaces, energy-efficient systems, a pool and all-day dining options.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, stated that the brand embodies their dedication to creating people-focused destinations that offer value. Amit Arora, Chief Operating Officer, highlighted that insights from the Aljada community shaped the hotel's concept. It promises a next-generation stay prioritising convenience and connectivity.
Aljada spans 24 million square feet and includes 25,000 homes. It is a mixed-use development featuring residential, commercial, retail and entertainment facilities along with educational and healthcare services. The community also boasts branded hospitality offerings like Vida Aljada and The Address Aljada developed with Emaar Hospitality Group and Meraas.
Nest Hotel is part of Arada Hospitality’s growing portfolio which includes Nest Campus as well as wellness and F&B brands such as Wellfit and FitnGlam. Other brands under this umbrella include FITCODE, The Platform Studios, Boost Juice, The Reformatory Lab, Hungry Wolves and Zad.
This new hotel brand reflects Arada's commitment to delivering innovative hospitality solutions tailored to modern travellers' needs while supporting local tourism growth.
