Arada Commences Construction On Luxury Armani Beach Residences At Palm Jumeirah

Arada has begun the construction of the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah after awarding the initial contract. This project, in collaboration with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and renowned architect Tadao Ando, offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai's skyline. It includes 90,000 square feet of amenities and 52 unique homes.

The enabling works contract, which involves shoring, piling, dewatering, and excavation, was awarded to International Foundation Group LLC (IFG). IFG is a Dubai-based company known for its expertise in deep foundation and ground solutions. The work on-site has started and is expected to finish by March next year.

The main construction contract for Armani Beach Residences is set to be awarded in early 2025. Alongside this development, Arada has unveiled a Show Apartment at their sales office in City Walk. This apartment showcases a living room, master bedroom, bathroom, boudoir, and dining room designed by Armani/Casa with materials from the brand.

Each residence is designed to maximise ocean and skyline views. The homes range from two- to five-bedroom units and penthouses. These residences provide seamless access to outdoor vistas. Additionally, there are two presidential suites that feature various internal areas such as a courtyard with a reflective pool, gym, libraries, cinema, and parking for seven cars.

Penthouses and presidential suite buyers can collaborate with Armani/Casa for custom interiors. This ensures each home reflects personal style preferences while maintaining luxury standards.

Awards and Recognition

Since its launch earlier this year, Armani Beach Residences has received accolades including Best Branded Residences by Robb Report’s Best of the Best awards. It also won Waterfront Project of the Year at the 2024 Pillars of Real Estate Awards.
