Al-Hogail explained that Saudi Arabia has implemented various programs to diversify housing options. These initiatives aim to enable homeownership through sustainable solutions, strengthen private sector partnerships, and improve real estate financing efficiency. Such measures have helped achieve balance and sustainability in the real estate market.
