NCVC Opens Applications For Seasonal Investment In National Parks Across Makkah, Al-Baha, And Hail Regions

The National Center for Vegetation Cover and Combating Desertification (NCVC) is now accepting applications for seasonal investments in national parks across Makkah, Al-Baha, and Hail. This initiative aims to enhance environmental, social, and economic sustainability. The parks available for investment in the Makkah region include Al-Lith National Park (A), Al-Lith National Park (B), Al-Miftah, and several others.

In Makkah, potential investors can explore opportunities in various parks such as the Environmental Park in Al-Jumum, Faj Al-Rumaythi, Al-Buhaita National Park, Khulais National Park, Mount Shamansir, and more. These locations offer a range of activities that can be developed to boost tourism and local engagement.

Investment Opportunities in Makkah, Al-Baha, and Hail Parks

Al-Baha region also presents investment prospects in Wadi National Park, Nawan National Park, Al-Aqiq National Park, Wadi Al-Alyb, and Wadi Al-Khitan. Meanwhile, Mishar National Park in Hail is open for similar ventures. These areas are ideal for developing recreational activities that align with sustainable practices.

The NCVC has outlined various investment opportunities including camping sites, caravan facilities, restaurants and cafés, temporary sports clubs, and paragliding. Interested parties can submit their applications electronically by emailing [email protected]. Applicants need to provide their names, contact details, organisation names, proposed activity types, and chosen park locations.

Beyond seasonal investments, the NCVC is also offering long-term investment options focusing on enhancing vegetation cover. This includes tree planting initiatives aimed at conserving natural resources while improving citizens' quality of life. Such efforts are part of a broader strategy to contribute positively to the national economy.

Long-term Goals and Vision 2030

The long-term investment plans aim to create new job opportunities for Saudi citizens. These initiatives are aligned with Saudi Vision 2030's goals of sustainable development and economic diversification. By fostering these projects, the NCVC seeks to support both environmental conservation and community well-being.

"These efforts will also create new job opportunities for citizens," stated an NCVC representative. The focus on sustainability not only benefits the environment but also enhances economic growth through innovative projects.
