Arada And Minor Hotels Unveil Anantara Sharjah Residences For Premium Seaside Living

Arada and Minor Hotels have recently announced the commencement of off-plan sales for the Anantara Sharjah Residences, marking a significant milestone in luxury seaside living. This new development, comprising 128 branded residences, is nestled within the Anantara Sharjah Resort, a forthcoming five-star hotel complex that promises to epitomize luxury beachfront hospitality. The project, a collaborative effort between Arada and Minor Hotels, will see the operation of both the residences and the resort by Minor Hotels.

The Anantara Sharjah Residences and Resort are poised to offer an architectural marvel with a signature gateway designed to illustrate the sun's path. Situated on the north-eastern fringe of Al Heerah Beach, the complex enjoys a prime location with 3.5 kilometres of pristine beachfront. This area is renowned for its jogging and cycling tracks and an array of dining venues, making it a sought-after tourist spot.

Residents of Anantara Sharjah Residences will have access to an array of amenities and services. These include a stunning beachfront and pier, beautifully landscaped pools and water features, and an outdoor café. Additionally, they will benefit from the facilities at the adjacent 110-key Anantara Sharjah Resort. The resort is set to feature an expansive infinity pool, five unique restaurants including the signature Mekong restaurant, an Anantara Spa with top-tier wellness amenities for both genders, a modern gym, a kids club, and a 400 square-metre space for meetings and events.

The construction phase for both the Anantara Sharjah Resort and Residences is scheduled to begin next year, with completion targeted for late 2027. HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, expressed his enthusiasm about introducing the prestigious Anantara brand to Sharjah.
