Ajman Crown Prince H.H. Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Hosts Meta Delegation To Discuss Digital Transformation
H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council, recently met with a delegation from Meta at the Government Departments Complex in Ajman. The discussion focused on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and boosting the digital economy to align with Ajman Vision 2030.
The delegation from Meta included Fares Akkad, Regional Director for the Middle East and Africa; Mariam Obaid Al Mheiri, Public Policy Manager; and Ahmad Shehada, Head of Government, Politics and Nonprofits for the Middle East and North Africa. H.H. Sheikh Ammar praised Meta's role as a leading tech innovator globally.
H.H. Sheikh Ammar emphasised Ajman's commitment to forming strategic alliances with major tech firms. These partnerships aim to enhance Ajman's digital and economic presence, making it an appealing hub for investment and innovation while supporting future digital governance plans.
He highlighted the significance of utilising Meta's expertise to bolster Ajman's business environment and attract investments both regionally and internationally.
