The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has named Dr. Ghazi Binzagr, the Saudi Ambassador to Japan, as the General Commissioner for its Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. Dr. Binzagr has been serving as an extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador in Japan since 2024. He will maintain his ambassadorial duties while taking on his new role as general commissioner. His educational background includes a bachelor's degree in physics, a master's degree in international relations, and a PhD in management and organization development.

Binzagr's diplomatic efforts focus on strengthening ties between Saudi Arabia and Japan.
