AlUla Arts Festival Concludes With Vibrant Final Weekend Programs And Exhibitions
The AlUla Arts Festival is wrapping up its fourth edition with a lively schedule of artistic events for the final weekend. Visitors have the chance to engage with creative artworks and activities that have been the festival's hallmark. By its fourth week, the festival had already drawn 40,000 attendees, with more expected in the final days.
Artists have found inspiration in AlUla’s stunning landscapes, using them as a backdrop to showcase their creativity. This has led to a positive shift in the artistic scene. Although the festival officially ends on February 22, some exhibitions will remain open until April. Wadi AlFann, featuring James Turrell, will extend its evening hours during Ramadan.

The festival acts as a global hub for artistic and cultural exchange, celebrating art amidst nature. In the AlJadidah Arts District, visitors can explore the innovative Raw to Revival Exhibition at Design Space AlUla. This exhibition aligns with the Ministry of Culture’s announcement of 2025 as the Year of Handicrafts.
Design Space AlUla is collaborating with Madrasat Addeera to highlight how traditional crafts inspire modern design. The space will also host panel discussions and workshops throughout the final weekend and continue into Ramadan.
The concluding weekend features an Open Studio event by AlUla Artist Residency on February 22 and 23. Here, international artists from Tunisia, Morocco, China, Spain, and India will present their research through photography, installations, and performance art.
This interactive experience allows visitors to explore themes of transformation and impermanence through various artistic mediums. The festival's diverse offerings ensure it remains a significant platform for both artists and audiences alike.
