Alpha Dhabi Holding Finalises Sale Of 49% Stake In Construction Subsidiary To ADQ
Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC has finalised the sale of 49% of Alpha Dhabi Construction Holding (ADCH) to ADQ, an investment firm in Abu Dhabi. Despite this sale, Alpha Dhabi will maintain a 51% stake in ADCH, ensuring its ongoing involvement in the construction sector through a strategic partnership with ADQ.
ADCH is led by Trojan Construction, a subsidiary of Alpha Dhabi. It is known for its role in national development and has worked on notable UAE projects like the Zayed National Museum and Guggenheim Museum. The company also supports essential infrastructure projects such as the national railway network.

The collaboration between ADCH and ADQ merges their expertise, strengthening ADCH’s position as a leader in the industry. This partnership aims to drive growth within the Emirate.
