Alisha Moopen Receives Pravasi Bhushan Award In India For Healthcare Initiatives

At an event held at Aster Medcity in Kochi, India, Alisha Moopen, the Managing Director and Group CEO of Aster DM Healthcare GCC, was honored with the esteemed "Pravasi Bhushan" Award. This accolade was presented by Dr. C.V Ananda Bose, the Honorable Governor of West Bengal, in recognition of her significant leadership and continuous efforts in improving healthcare on a global scale.

Alisha Moopen's educational background is as impressive as her professional achievements. She is an alumnus of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), where she completed her chartered accountancy. Prior to her tenure at Aster, she worked as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young.

Additionally, Moopen is a distinguished graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where she excelled in Finance & Accounting, and she holds a degree in Global Leadership & Public Policy Change from Harvard University. Her career is adorned with numerous prestigious awards and accolades, underscoring her significant contributions to healthcare and leadership.
