Alfardan Group Contributes AED 5 Million To Support Fathers' Endowment Campaign For Sustainable Healthcare

The Alfardan Group has pledged AED5 million to the Fathers’ Endowment campaign. This initiative, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, aims to create a AED1 billion fund. The fund will provide sustainable healthcare for impoverished communities. The campaign aligns with Ramadan and seeks to support those in need.

Mohammed Al Fardan, a Board Member of Alfardan Group, highlighted the UAE's commitment to aiding less fortunate communities. He noted that the campaign empowers individuals by improving their access to healthcare. "Alfardan Group's contribution to this Ramadan endowment campaign reflects our commitment to supporting the UAE's charitable and humanitarian initiatives and underscores our ongoing dedication to social responsibility," he stated.

The Fathers’ Endowment campaign is part of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI). It allows people to donate in honour of their fathers, reinforcing values like compassion and solidarity. The campaign strengthens the UAE's role as a leader in humanitarian efforts and promotes generosity and global solidarity.

Donations are encouraged from both individuals and organisations through six main channels. These include the campaign’s website (Fathersfund.ae) and a toll-free call centre at 800 4999. Contributions can also be made via bank transfers in UAE dirhams to Emirates Islamic Bank using IBAN: AE020340003518492868201.

For those preferring mobile donations, SMS options are available for Etisalat by e& and du users. By texting "Father" to specific numbers, donors can contribute amounts ranging from AED10 to AED500. Additionally, donations can be made through the DubaiNow app under the "Donations" tab or via Dubai’s community platform Jood (Jood.ae).

The campaign continues to welcome contributions from various sectors, aiming to build a robust endowment fund. This initiative not only honours fathers but also instils noble values within society. It highlights the UAE community's reputation for generosity and humanitarian solidarity on a global scale.
