Alef Group And American University Of Sharjah Forge Strategic Partnership For Innovation And Talent Development
Alef Group has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the American University of Sharjah (AUS). This agreement aims to create a strategic framework that enhances collaboration between academia and industry. It focuses on innovation, talent development, and community engagement, aligning with Alef Group’s vision for sustainable growth in Sharjah.
Through this partnership, Alef Group and AUS will work together on capacity-building, employability pathways, internships, thought leadership, and joint initiatives. The collaboration will provide AUS students with industry experience and professional development opportunities aligned with Alef Group’s goals.

The partnership introduces an Alef Internship Programme for AUS students. This programme offers immersive learning experiences to prepare future leaders in real estate and urban development. Additionally, a thought leadership series will be launched at AUS to foster dialogue and innovation within the academic community.

Both entities share a vision to enhance Sharjah’s status as a hub of knowledge and opportunity. The MoU was signed at AUS by Chancellor Dr. Tod A. Laursen and Raed Kajoor Al Nuaimi.
